Where does Basilur tea come from?
All Basilur teas are sourced directly from the finest tea gardens in Sri Lanka (Ceylon), ensuring authentic flavor and the highest quality standards.
What is the shelf life of your tea products?
Our teas typically have a shelf life of 3 years from the date of manufacture. To maintain freshness, store your tea in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our premium tea collections globally. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination country and selected shipping method.
Are your tea tins and packaging recyclable?
Most of our iconic metal tins are designed to be collectible and reusable. They are also 100% recyclable, as are our outer cardboard cartons.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened food products. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement.
Are Basilur teas organic or non-GMO?
